The holiday home was exactly as described. It is close to all the amenities actually at walking distance. If you like to take a longer walk then I would advise Prés sales Ouest (La Cabane 164) or walk along the promenade towards the ferris wheel. Plenty of activities available in Arcachon or in the area at a 15 min. drive. F. e. Avenue des Loisirs in Gujan Mestras. Or just enjoy the beach. We had a good time. What can be improved? The 140 cm double bed is actually quite small. The sleeping rooms tend to be quite hot when the outside temperature rises. It’s all manageable, but if improved the experience would be excellent.
