This large park has something for everybody. The park encloses baseball fields, soccer fields, a playground for young children, the Daisy Mountain Train and skate parks. There are trails and hikes to enjoy as a family or simply enjoy a family picnic next to the pond.
The train makes a short trip over a small bridge and lake, into a tunnel and alongside the waterfalls. Children will enjoy the adjacent playground and fields where they can play sports and games.
This monument to US service personnel was dedicated in 2011 in honor of the sacrifices made by war veterans. The 5 rectangles represent the nation's military branches. The surrounding red paving stones are engraved with the names of 1750 war veterans.
Held during March and April, Anthem days feature numerous art and craft activities, a salsa-making contest, egg hunt, and live music. Get your treats at the Food Court and Rotary Beer Garden. Kids Zone has a petting zoo and pony rides.
